am in need of a replacement pivot bar for my Paradigm double hung window serial #W409127-1. Attached is a couple of pictures. Mine measures 1-11/16". Mine also has a couple of protrusions on the flat side.

I've recently noticed that the upper sash of my double hung window has no friction, and will fall to the bottom. When I looked more closely, I noticed that the plasic piece that the balance attaches to is broken. I do not have any idea what manufacturer of window this is, but I need to get parts to ... (cont.)
