What parts do I need when I open the window the top sash falls down to the bottom and the window cannot open by itself which parts do I need

i have an anderson sliding patio door it does not have a lock, key ,do you have any thing available?

Hi: I just got off the phone with customer service and they recommended that I send pictures and measurements of the piece I need. The latch on my slider door quit working and, when I went to remove it, I dropped it into the door. Since then, I purchased a part that I thought was correct from Ama ... (cont.)

The parts say Truth 20544. The windows haveGRDM 38032 and GRD-M 38102. Any best guess at a replacement. There are left and Right hinges.

I'm looking for new hardware in white for the attached latches; left/right swing window side latches, (1) top latch. The side latch shows the # .092. That is the only marking I see. I don't see any markings on the top latch.

Have jeld wen patio door, want to change to keyed lock. Mount holes are 3 15/16", thickness 1 1/2". Handles are 10 X 1 1/4". Would your 82-086 or anything else work?? Thanks (Suggested 82-086) My existing handles are 10" tall by 1 1/4" wide. Not sure if it would work
