I believe what I have are the Series 385 Channel Balances. My windows weigh 15.2 lbs, the metal portion of the channel piece is 26" long. The channel is 1/2" (actually 9/16"). The picture shows the original latch and 26-393 which is not the correct one. Which one do I need? I submitted a return request. How do I return it?

Hi!!! This flush mount handle needs to be replaced. I know it is discontinued but we need something that works for this door and two others like it. One door opens right two others open left. We need handles with locks and keys. Thanks for your help.

The pictures include one window lock 3" long; it is labeled "R" for right. The sill mounted operator shown is for the left window, but I want the right operator (old right one missing). The arm is 9" long. Can you order me the appropriate replacements for both? Thanks.

Upper tilt sash.

Trying to replace these rollers in aluminum frame door. They have 1" dia. Wheels concave metal. They are 9/16 wide at the main body and have 11/16 wide ears at the adjustment end.

Ordered part #39-267 for my house windows, but I need the shaft compartment which the handles I ordered attach to. Can you please help me identify which part I need that will work with the parts I already ordered? Again, I'm looking for the shaft compartment which holds the handle and has the swing ... (cont.)

I've read other posts that when the worm gear comes out you can't replace it. That's what happened. so I would have to install a new operator. Is there one available that would work on this old window? The arm that extends out is approximately 10" long. Let me know if a better photo is needed. ... (cont.)

Hi folks, I want to replace broken tilt latches and ordered some off Amazon. They fit the slot ok but when installed, the spring mechanism is blocked by a small piece on the triangular latch, so these are not the right part for my windows. My top sash guide broke. I could not identify the right part from your web site. Additionally, I cannot identify the bottom part of the channel balance. The number on the channel balance is 33 4 as in the photo. Can you help me to identify them? Thanks.Best regards,CL

Needing a replacement handle for the inside as it cracked on the bottom. This is white and has the key lock on the outside.

Hi, I have a balance that is stamped 2330 the metal part measures 24 inches. It has a 350 series top and a 370 series bottom. Do you sell something like this, I didn't see it on your website. Also the metal piece measures 1/2 inch. Thank you Greg
