Can you replace the glazing bead without removing window? I ordered some replacement bead but it was alittle small, not realizing how many there are. This is the original one that was taken off. Hello I have approximately 20 year old Harvey classic windows and all my pivot cams are broken or breaking. I am pretty sure your 15-208 pivot shoe is almost identical to my factory ones. I recently purchased a handle with a 3/8" gear bore, part # 39-104. While it fits perfectly, it does not have a hinge so it can close. Pics attached of the sliding door lock which I would like to repair or replace. Screw holes on the front of the lock are 6-3/8" apart and in the center is the square hole for the latch. I believe Spring with Nylon Retainer,Product Code: 91-003 are the ones my screens use in first photo, but need some guidance on the latches.

The shoe cam is broken stamped on the channel itself is 27 bbsi it looks like you have a product but it has a different screw clip Can I use the 27 from the 795series and the 15-195B 1 1/4 shoe cam.

I can get the window to open but I can not get it to close. The handle comes out of the operator.

I would like to purchase 20 of these please. They are 27B and have a 1.25" closed cam at the bottom and hook at the top. Thanks!
