Would like rebuild kits if possible.

NEED CHANNEL BALANCES THAT SHOWS A DESCRIPCION BUT I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE PART NUMBER. ALSO NEED THE TOP SASH GUIDE PN 18-188 AND A SMALL CLIP BELOW ON THE PICTURE.

Need help identifying part.

I need two of these for my Ply Gem Windows Series 1100

I am looking for an operator arm for Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I also sent another request for a separate part.

I am trying to replace the part that the window opens on at the top of the window. It is a Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I believe it is called a hinge part.

Holds locking arm in place

I need two operators a left and a right. Would also like two crank arms. Do gaskets come with the operators?

The stamp says 38-5 and some say 38-4 ga2 CMC 9

Is there something I can replace to get this to fit tighter together?

There are no visible markings on the coil. Builder grade windows from MI from 17+ years ago. I ordered 2 of your S161-10 parts but they dont work. Can you tell me the correct parts to order and if I can use some of what I have already purchased. Thank you

Shop built (maybe Peachtrees?) wood double hungs, approx. 30 yrs old.

I need help with identifying which tracks I need for my window. Tracks i removed measure 39” long and have a “3940” stamped onto them. Unfortunately both plastic ends of tracks are completely broken off.

I need replacements for these. The stamp says 26 3 CJ. When I measured just the metal it it almost 27 inches.

Part number 2565 and it 26" long
