1 - Found "Truth" on the hardware. It was on one of the mechanical arms.

Hi There- I just purchased the p/n:26-353 pivot bar and found that while the part screwed onto the window, it ended up being to tall and the window doesn't close completely. The lock will not open fully so it can connect with the door jamb and then be locked.

How to measure?

I have 2 windows that the left side balancer when looking from inside home to the outside of home is broke. Along with 1 latch that was damaged due to the balancer failing. Would need 4 new balancers 2 for each window. Along with 1 latch for the broken broken latch on window in picture ... (cont.)

Need window balances and piece that holds in the window

We aren't sure what window balancer replacement part we need but the string on the inside snapped. On the outside of the hardware it reads "25 3 FT CMC 4"
