Hi: I'm looking for replacement balance shoes. These are from windows at the Univ. of Penn. Both the grey ones and the tan ones were used in Pella windows. Are these avaialble as replacement parts? The only numbers on these parts are: Grey- has a number 5 in one loacation and 102021 underneath ... (cont.)

The locking hook does not come out when I turn the lever on the inside of the door. I think the locking mechanism needs to be replaced. Can you help me find a matching door locking mechanism?

Hello, looking to replace 2 internal tilt latches for one Sears window.

it is just like the 5/8" one that you have - i think it is the "bottom" piece but it has a slot instead of a hole up top(or bottom) measurements to the center are the same. Do you have this one? it goes with all of the 2640's that I usually buy

The number appears to be 16 CFR 1201 C11 1/8U, as you can see in the photo. These are vinyl windows. Color doesn't matter, but need to find weatherstripping for these old windows if you can provide it please. Thank you in advance for your help!
