I"m seeking a replacement for the following items in the attached image.

I had the balance on 2 Simonton 6500 windows break recently and I'm trying to find new parts. Looking at the instructions on https://www.swisco.com/discussions/Simonton-6500-Series-window-balances--77-248811 it says I need 4 parts, one of which is this S159 coil balance. It is 4.5" long. The handle is 3.5" The catch is 1.5"

Hi, I have Plygem windows on my house that was built in 2015, so I’m guessing these wi does may be from around 2015 product line likely. Good Morning, I have a channel balance that is 22" (22B) and one that is 24" (24B). They both have the shoe (15-194) but the clip on the other side is different than what I am seeing on the website. I have attached it below. It is a 1/4 wide and about 7/8 long. Would yall have anything like this? ... (cont.)

The handle keeps coming off when you go to close the window.
