the glides on one of my crestline windows have broken twice. nice windows that are 10 yetra plus. would like 7. I have 2 new ones from previous repair. eash window takes 3

Needing window stripping for 7 windows. I've just moved into this home, I have paper work that says they are Pella windows but Pella says they can't help me. So here I am, please help me. As you can see, the stripping has an extension on either side, one wider than the other. I can only assume tha ... (cont.)

Both sides are broken. On one side the piece that fits into the sliding mechanism and is attached to the window is snapped off. On the other side the sliding mechanism is broken in the slide. Can you tell who made these window sash?

Hello I need help identifying a replacement window

metal part measures 25-1/2" stamp is 25 5. width of metal part is 9/16" (ie, 1/2"). wheel from the shuttle snapped off and broke out of the carriage (see pic). the bottom cap has a roller in it (see pic). i assume the shuttle is not available separately, but let me know what options i might have ... I have a Jeld-Wen awning sash that falls out of the window frame due to a disconnected hinge. The plastic bit at the top of the picture appears to be damaged/broken. The longer leg of the hinge that attaches to the window frame looks to be about 22" long. The damaged hinge is the right side as yo ... (cont.)
