Hello, I am looking for these specific crank arms for a couple of viking windows. Can y'all help?

Connects spring to top of window frame , on first 3 pictures the plastic or nylon piece broke off

I need a few 795 channel balances with a hook instead of screw attachment Thank you.

Please let me know if you have these two items to replace that are in the pictures. I think our windows were installed in the late 90s. Thank you!

How do I find the numbers I need? Do I remove it 1st? I'm going to replace all them throughout the house so any help is appreciated.

The locking latch on my bathroom Jen weld bathroom casement window is broken and will not unlatch the window, so it is locked shut. How does one remove the latch handle so it can be replaced. I cannot find any instructions on line for removing the latch handle nor can I find a replacement for the la ... (cont.)

I am missing the pin or spring inside this latch/handle. Window is Milgard installed in 1992. Is this a part I can purchase?

Hello, I couldn't find any exact replacements on the website. 3" long x 1 1/8" wide x 5/16" thick, 2" center to center screw spacing. New construction windows from 1998. Home is in Barnegat, NJ Any recommendations? Thanks, Chris
