Part is springloaded and keeps window from slamming shut

Want to replace this locking door handle for my Pella vinyl slider. Cannot find Pella part number on the unit anywhere other than the Guardian stamp in photo provided.

I'm looking for these 2 parts pivot is 4" long shoe is 1/2" thick 1 1/4 wide

I could not find markings on the balance nor shoes nor does the spiral balance have a color tip on it. Window is difficult to open, does not stay open. Spiral balance will not stay in shoe as the screw mount on shoes is broken. Don't currently know how to remove shoes for closer look ... (cont.)

I have several MW Window single hung tilt vinyl wondows that I need to repair. Many of my balance shoes have broke. I believe I will need to replace my current balance's with new ones, due to the shape of the bottom end of my balances won't accept the shape of the "1 T-Lock Balance Shoes Closed Ca ... (cont.)

I find no marking or numbers on these "pins" that attach the window frame together . 2 are still in the frame while as you can see the other 2 have broken . Is there anything that can replace these ancient "pins"?Garage /windows most likely built and installed in 1960's.
