Need to replace this on a customers sliding door. It looks too latch at the top of the door and bottom of the door and the handle is the part that locks the door.

missing thecrank stem i assume have to replace whole assembly

Looking for replacement footlock for Truth 45042. Attached is a picture of the lock removed from the sliding door. Alternatives I've seen look like they have a smaller bolt. Thanks
