I believe these are Windsor Windows. Over 20 years old. This winter I tried to open when it was frozen shut and I think a broke something. Maybe off the bottom of the window? It seems to crank OK, but it doesn't close right at the bottom of the window. Did I break a metal bar or something on the bot ... (cont.)

Can you tell me which rollers my door needs by this sticker?

I need two replacements for 2760 bsi channel balance. The channel Length is 28" and 1/2" width on the back of the channel the sides of the u shape channel are 5/8". Im not sure if you need the window dimensions but they are 30" high and 33" width.

I have a BF Rich Window (code: BFR; Rating:H-R55; Series: Cabernet DH; & MST: 3550) that will not stay up. the window is located in a bedroom.I need a channel balance for a non-tilt veritical window. The channel is 1/2" wide and has stamped on it "25 5" and "BSI TR". the channel's length 25.5" (measured metal channel only and did not include the attachments". the bottom fitting does have a roller, so ... I am looking for a replacement mortise lock, outside door handle and inside door handle for a Gladiator wooden slider. The photos are of intact hardware on a different door in the house. Thnak you

Part is plastic. Slider in part moves a spring loaded plunger into a hole on the stationary window to lock. Plunger is made of metal.

I am looking for this window cleaning bead. It looks like it is 3/4 width

The retaining clip at the top of the moveable window is broken. The house was built around 2005.

I have a standard Newpro double-hung window with spiral balances that was blown in by a high wind. Frame and glass are fine, but a part of the balance array cracked. One of the photos shows the broken piece. The other shows the piece still in tact on the opposite side.

Need assistance finding.

The metal spiral lifter measures 32 in exactly. The plastic piece that receives the window U channel tab is a blue circle

Lefthand: insert 4 7/8" short arm 4 7/8" 31876 long arm 10 1/4" 41011 connector 31858 Righthand insert 4 7/8" short arm 4 7/8" 31876 long arm 10 1/4" 41012 connector 31858 The sliders look to be the smaller (253) ones.

It is an Anlin window. The pivot bar has a triangular tip 1/4 inch long, and two holes that are 1 inch apart. The whole thing from tip to tip is 2 and 7/8 of an inch long.
