Need help making sure I get the right parts ordered. Need 20 of the 15" channels and 4 of the 21" channels. Also what is the time line of receiving them.

I can try better pictures. These have no removal without cutting and the window is in a patients room.

Here are a couple of photos of the device in the window panel. Approximate measurements: length of the latch 3-3/8"; width of channel in which it slides, 3/4". Another question: how do I get the old latches out? Can you recommend a video for this type of latch? Thank you.

Need help identifying these balance gliides. they are 1/2" wide by 28" long they are from a cascade window lift only no tip out.

I need to replace the rollers on my sliding glass door, but am unable to remove the operational panel. There is some sort of clip at the top that prevents the panel from being lifted, so I can't lift the panel to disengage it from the lower track.
