Need help finding the correct roller replacement for a sliding screen door from a JeldWen sliding door approximately 17 years old.

The clockspring type window balances that I need have an overall length of 65”. The markings on the ends of the existing springs are #5.0 39” PAT523208 which is imprinted on the end of the spring that connects to the pivot shoe on the bottom of the window. This window is a double hung vinyl window with a fixed top window with the bottom window moving up and down. The metal channel is 28 in. long, 1/2 in by 1/2 in. The spring is 13 3/4 in long.

Hi, several of my windows do not stay up and I cannot find any markings on the existing ones. I have attached 2 pics of what is in the tracks. There is one on each side of the window. Please help me in what I need and how to replace them. thank you

I didn't see any numbers or markings on the coil spring. The window is 31 X 52. The plastic piece that held the coil spring broke apart when I tilt the window. I have 8 windows and some don't tilt in as they are suppose to.
