We are looking for some tilt latches to replace broken ones on older Windows. Screw holes are 2.25 inches center to center; latch is 3.5 inches long and 1.25 inches wide. The nose is 0.5 inches. Please let us know if you can identify this latch and if you have any. Thank you,

Hello, Can you please help me identify a replacement for hardware shown in photo attached? I believe the stamp says 1.H. I.R. The arm length is 9 inches and the bolt holes are 4" on center.
