I need a number of window channel balances for different windows. I have not taken all the windows apart, but they are all marked as 29- and either with a -5, -7 or -9. Hi, This is a casement window lock on the left side of the window. It is missing the handle

I believe the 2140 is a series 350. Was told the 1420 might be custom because of the wheel in the bottom piece. Will need 2 of them.

Hello I'm hoping I can get replacement parts for my windows. They are all constantly sticking and hard to open and close. I dont know how to to take off the window to get part numbers. Don't know who made the door. The only number I found was on balance which reads 35ae1 bsi 121704. The letters BSI is turned perpendicular to the other numbers and letters. There is a plastic fitting that connects the string to the string that is broken. Can you identify the part or have a replaceme ... (cont.)

I have a broken channel balance from windows that were installed in condo built in mid '90's. Am sure these are original equipment. Rivet broke form spring is not repairable. I have no clue which model number this might be. the metal part is 29" long 3/8" wide Green The plastic part at the bottom of the sash is destroyed so I have zero clue which one to get.

I hope you can assist me in procuring a replacement weather seal. This seal also held the screen in the window as well. Can you provide a 6' piece similar to the attached pictures?

This is attached to the sash per "Part need 2" Other 2 photos are with the part removed.
