This picture of the small 1 1/2 part that is in the the track . The piece that hold the part is broken and the part falls to the bottom of the track. The window will fall without resistance. Attached to it is a length of metaltjat sits in the track.

My channel balancers in 2 bathroom windows are definitely series 380 and stamped 1010. The metal channel is 11" long not 12". Can you supply an 11" or can I modify a 12" to work. Really appreciate any help.

Needing help with this part. It is a spiral balance keeper or shoe for a 60-70's era aluminum single pane window with a 3/8" spiral balance. If it's aluminum, your best bet is 81-167. If it's vinyl, your best bet is 81-182 or 81-018.

I have uploaded pics of my aluminum framed window's channel that shows the slots into which the spiral rod connects. The connector for the spiral rod end appears to be permanently attached to the outer edge of the sash. What is the correct way to install new balances in this case? I have measur ... (cont.)

The stamp on the channel balance is "b 2730" with 28" length. The snap-in glazing is 3/4 tall, but the top width is short of 3/8" a bit. Would you please help me verify if these two parts are correct? Balance: S395-28 Snap-in glazing: 55-261 Thanks, Mary
