Our casement window will open out, but when trying to wind it back in, the entire assembly/handle starts to fall apart and becomes loose. I assume we need to replace the entire handle/arm assembly, but maybe not? Thanks for your help!

I measured and this is what I have for the existing measurements, as follows: From hole to hole top to bottom is 5 1/4" The distance between the 2 holes at the bottom are 1 3/8" The inner diameter hole is 3/8" The little arm from the existing crank appears to be 3 1/2" (this was harder to measure as ...
