I am hoping not to have to drill any holes, the screws are 5 3/8" apart. Any suggestions for a handle that would fit these pre-drilled holes? The handle is clamp style.

Hi, I have a 37 inch long Channel balance with the ends as shown in the pictures. Do you have a complete unit like this? it's stamped with 3610 BSI.

Our existing door lock fell into the door itself and we have been unable to retrieve it. I've included pictures and measurements of the door as well as the latches we bought from home depot that did not work. I've also included pictures of the serial number for the door.

I am looking for a replacement Balance. The number on the balance is 13-3, and I can see BSI stamp. I am not sure which balance on your website can be used because I cannot find the exact same bottom guide on your website. Can you help identify this balance?
