Hello, We have this pella sliding door that is missing the keeper. Unable to find it. In Pella's website iit is referenced as V615275 (w), or V615277 (A). Do you think the part that we need is the 89-039 or 89-029 ? Thank you very much! Joe

Simonton double hung double pane window. The plastic piece at the bottom, I believe this is the shoe, is broken. This is like the third window that has a broken one and the window falls when unlocked.

Hello, I am trying to obtain replacement window channel balances for my home. I was able to remove one and the only marking I see on it is "28B". It measures about 29 1/4" by 1/2". My lock has the same dimission's as your 82-037 but my latching mechanism has a Pin (the picture with the pin to side) that has come off and will not work without the pin because when the door closes the pin pushes in on the lower part of the locking mechanism that allows you to lock you door. with ...
