We need the cylinder lock and "hook latch" for this lock. The entire length is 5 and 9/16 inches...from screw hole to screw hole is 5 inches. Can you help us?

Its a tilt sash window and i can see in the side encasement a broken piece of plastic that the window tilt bar sits in

I need to replace these sash rods (I think that's what they are called) I know they are 30" long, but I don't know which model the top and bottom shoes are. I need to replace them on both sides of the window so it may not matter? Please help! Thanks! Craig

Broken latch. Cannot find replacement. Suspect I need to change the entire lock assembly. Unclear based on internet search which items I should purchase. Please advise.

Just moved in here about 6 mos ago. The place is about 12 yrs old. As you can see it appears the channel balance somehow became unhooked and is now stuck in the up position. Hello,I am looking for a pivot hinge for a aluminum glass door.The top one is still okay, but the bottom is totally corroded.Ithe hinges are on the right side of the door. I am installing an inswing storm door. I have purchased the 40-006 bracket. where does this need to be mounted? From your picture it looks like it is on the door, this won't work. Can you explain. Thanks Dave
