Broken lock on window sashThe space between the 2 rivets is 7/8 inch.

Help replace Commercial Door Pivot

I have a commercial glass metal door, which the pivot turns bad. I would like to replace but don't know correct parts. From outside coming in, door is opened to right. From inside leaving out, door is opening on left. I have enclosed some pictures of the hinge (top and bottom)
