Hello, I have another BF Rich casement window besides this one. The other one is missing both the long metal rod (tie bar?) and one of the plastic tie bar guides that it fits through.Is this something you would still have in stock? window manufactured about 2003. There is a glide on each side (see attachment which is of a working one). One of the glides is all "played - out" and wont pull up and return. Need nw glides

Ordered and received 15046 shoe. Didn't realize I had locking shoes. I believe I identified the correct part 15135. If you could please confirm that would be great. The piece that holds the spring has broken, and I'd like to replace the whole channel thing if I can identify it. It looks pretty much like your 795 series with the 1-inch wide bottom lock thing.
