This part is to a sliding glass door. I'm remodeling a house built in 1964. I believe this door is original to the house. There are 2 of these assemblies. The panel that they go under is a 4 foot panel. There is not a brand name on the door.

These are Simonton double hung tilt windows with the following numbers (see photo) H-R30-48x80 series 40-17 P.L.# 063-038 code SIM-1 I definitely need the Tilt balance and sash pivot bar. for 9 LB SERIES 152 COIL BALANCE, what size is inside diameter (big than 3/4")? what size is outside diameter? Is it fit my coil bushing? see my photo blew. I need inside diameter > 3/4". Thanks.

The balance came from a double hung Penguin window. The full window is 35" wide x 56" tall.

Hey there have to replace the recessed keepers on this garage window. Looks like the closest match is the longer recessed keeper but afraid it won?t fit into the rough opening. My home was hit by 4 1/2" diameter hail. Amazingly the windows didn't get damaged but the outside trim around the glass did get damaged. The weather strip is from the side of an Aluminum Awning Window. The red arrow in the attach window jpg shows it's location. I can not find any names or numbers on the windows. Thank You Tom

Hey guys!! I?m in the process of selling my home and the inspector found where on one of my windows the tilt latches were broken off. I took a picture of the identical window next to it. Having a hard time with finding these pair. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This may be a long shot since most of the bottom plastic guide is missing (pictured, propped upright), but the metal part is 31" long, 1/2" wide, 1 cm deep. It's stamped with "B.S.I." and "30 D".
