Hello, I have three Bonneville, double hung, tilt-in windows that I believe were manufactured with hurricane-rated glass and are quite heavy. Screen sliding door handle/lock mechanism. Door model number reads ?1580? series, perhaps a ?Quanex? product. Note the silver latch has a ?T? shape, as opposed to images on line showing many with just a ?hook? shape.

Could you check for me please if is this the correct code for this part?

The sashes seem to weigh (I only have bathroom scale) about 27 lbs each. I have about 35 of these Gorell sashes with coil balance problem. I?d rather rebuild than replace them. Hello, The cord portion of the balance broke. The labels on the window frame says: MFGR: PHP-032-2 Series: 830/810S ID No PHP0495 / U31-55/HVS The balance metal portion print says: Caldwell ER 25 3 The metal measurements: 26" (L) and 1/2" (W) We saw some similar parts (e.g. S380/ ... (cont.)

It is a support for the window locking bar. It should be 3 supports per bar.

Looking to replace a lot of this beading! Measuring is not my strong point, however here is what I have on this piece: 7/16 across bottom 1/4 straight side 1/2 slanted side The windows are original to the house, built in 1977; there are not any marking on the window or frames.

Stamped with B.S.I. 2730followed by an upside down letter U. Length of metal balance is 27.5? Width is 1/2? Depth is 5/8?

I know it is a Series 380 channel Balance, but I don't know what length to get. When I measure the metal part only, I get 25 and 5/8 in. Should I order the 25 in or 26 in?

This is the same part on my storm window. Mine measures 3/16" wide. Any suggestions on what part will work? The screw attaching it is probably 1 1/2" long and actually holds the corner together. Screw is phillips flat head and very narrow.

I purchased a home and didn't receive the keys for this lock, needing to replace it but can't get anything on it.
