The part reflects: Unique 29-C-30 and a date of 20-07-99. I'm assuming I need a full set for both sides of replacement parts; so whatever is required please let me know and I'll order them right away. Tks, Charlie Q

This is a Panaview sliding door handle lock set. The larger latch bolt broke off so that it will not attach to the outside set thus the latch will not close as it is too loose.

Which model do I need for both of these balances? Is it recommended to replace both balances at once? The majority of my windows don?t work (they won?t stay up). Trying to determine the correct weather stripping. Bulb diameter is 3/8 of an inch. Base Ext length is 1/2 an inch. We think it might be 58-182 or 58-171. What is your thought? Thanks

The Balance channel is 17 in long metal to metal end and the markings on top the only markings I saw says 16 3 FR Caldwell. I would like to know the replacement part. I need two of them and the link to where I can order them thank you very much.

Geinow single hung non tilt window. Dimension is 45.25 inches by 29 inches high. The metal balancer is 27 inches long by 9/16; dimension is for the metal part not including the plastic on each end. It says 919213 on the handle - I would like a whole new handle kit . The nail holes look to be about 4 inches apart.

Looking for a screen door handle for an American craftsmen sliding glass door unit purchased from Home Depot in 2009.

While trying to put double hung window back. The mechanism where you insert the window broke in half. The picture is the other one on the opposite side that is not broken. I need a replacement ASAP.

I do not know exactly which channel balance I need. I would like a brand new complete unit for two windows. The windows are located in bedrooms, they are non-tilt, the current channel is 1/2 inch. 1. Looking for replacement balancer shoes for the type shown on my Hurd windows they are 1 1/4" wide.
