Hi, I have a tilt window with a broken sash. The sash is L 29" x W 0.5". The part shown in the pic is L 1.25" x 0.5". I think the windows are made by Moss. Do you sell the part shown in the pic? Thanks, Dave.

I've got Weathervane Windows that are about 28-30 years old. The center part works great to open the window, but screws itself out when trying to close the window. Tried to order a part, but wasn't the right one. Please help!!

We need replacement sash release levers because the plastic is deteriorating with each slide and crumbling. They measure 3/8 x 1 1/4 and the prong which splits into two prongs measures 1/4? top to bottom by 5/16? front to back and 5/8? left to right. Here are pics because my description is surely la ... This is the crank for a casement window. The serial number on the crank is 60-C-7041-62. The splines on the inside of the crank are stripped but the splines on the corresponding part are good. The window will open when the splined part on the gear box are turned by hand.

I have a Milgard windo. I need this screen corner identified. I hope my picture answers your measurements of the screen corner. I would also know where i can get the lift out tabs that go into the edge tray of the screen. Mark

The metal channel is 1/2 inch wide and 19 5/8 inches long (not including the plastic end pieces). I am replacing a broken balance that is 10 years old, do you recommend just replacing the broken balance or the pair?

2 hole bottom pivot bar , there is a part # stamped on it - 9808. From your catalogue part # 26-438 looks the closest match but not exact. 26- 226 and 415 but they lack the step which may not be important. I probably need 6 each. The windows are located in a home in Clayton California. It is the molding on the outside that covers the gap between the glass and frame

We think that the 390 series is a match for our old seasonall 1/2 in window channel balances. BUT - when we measure the metal (without the nylon ends), we measure 23-1/2 inches (not 24). So - we're not sure if we should get the 23 inch or the 24 inch. Help!

The width of the channel is 1/2". The length of the channel is about 13 3/4". The marks on the channel read "13 3 IQ CALDWELL". Could you let me know the part numbers I'll need for the replacement? Thanks!
