These two window tilt out and have 2 parts to them to lock window? One being the long 12" piece with four holes and the second being the "box" where there should be a latch ? not sure what the parts are because there is a piece (s) missing. Any help would be appreciated!!

I am looking for vinyl strips that help retain my double paned windows. The width of this strip is 0.738 inches wide at the widest point and 0.327 inches high. 20 1/2" length Dark blue tip The end with the screw appears to be flat. The whole part had a plastic cover which became old and fell off.

This guide is not held in by screws or is it part of a corner. I think you have to take the screw out of the frame and install it when the corner of the frame is taken apart. Thanks

I believe I need to replace the 30 inch, red tipped, 5/8 " swivel balances in my old vinyl windows which are currently like guillotines. Ouch! Does this mean I should automatically replace the pivot shoes also and how do I know which size pivot shoe to use? Thank you!

Hi,will the ;part#-26-200,&screw,33-200--Work w/the old existing spring Balance. ?? Siince the top plastic piece this replaces,is all that's broke. Or do I have to order NEW balance arms. ?? This is on a MW Twinseal 850 Series. Thku Ron

The bottom pin is 1 5/16" wide, the cross T is 1 3/8" long (including width of bottom pin). The actual pin is 11/16 to the cross T, the support extension opposite the pin is 3/4". I don't see any markings on the pivot bars or the windows so I don't have any manufacturer information. If you know of a ... (cont.)
