I have a client that has 5 of her casement windows with locking mechanisms that are broken. The one I have pictured is not broken. The part that is broken is the little arm you move to lock or unlock it.

I need 5 replacement latches for my Certainteed windows.

small bracket in upper corner to lock stationary door in place from being open

windows are 30 years old and only have two working cranks. there are no markings on the windows or cranks. hope someone can help identify these so i can get some replacements before i have to replace all the windows. there are 20 windows that have these cranks. thanks in advance

I am looking for balances for the above series windows, circa early 1990's. They are 31" long and 9/16" wide, and they say "30 3 EL CALDWELL" on each of them. Do you have anything that would match them?

window both slides and pulls open. Bottom set of straps and screws rusted out. Top still in perfect condition. Hi. After driving rain, I have a substantial puddle on my floor inside the sliding patio door on my "new" house. Hi. Sorry I took this out before taking pictures. It is a Jordan window. The spring is stretched out so I think I need a new one. Looks to measure 1/12 inch.
