The fixed patio door clip, 80-051 seems to be too big for my door. Do you have another suggestion?

Trying to replace a balance for a Milgard window that weighs around 32lbs. The current balancer (pic) shows 26 9 AX CMC 1, with the metal rod measuring at 27". Currently looking at this: https://www.swisco.com/27-inch/pd/Series-385-Channel-Balances/S385-27 (would it work?). Not so sure about the sas ... (cont.)

The seal is tan and is 5/8" x 5/8" with a groove in the outer corner. The seal was installed about 22 years ago during construction.

I am working on a home where many of the windows had issues, so the owner cut the strings in the balance channels so they could open the windows. They discarded the channel balance feet. The number on the stamp is c 2740 , i major the metal parts is 28 inc , what should i buy from you guys? Also ill need same model but 34 inc!!!

Need to find these balance clips. Along with the window balance spring. 29 inch extension springs

Lock does not function needs to be replaced; local hardware store does not carry a crossover that fits.

The channel has imprinted "33B BSI TH" The Shoe has imprinted "Pat #s 6,679,000 // 4,610,108 // D467,490" The clip at the top of the shoe gave way, releasing the channel/spring from the window sash. The only id I can find is on one side on both rollers it says SR and on the other side of both of them it says SL.
