What hardware is needed for this operator. There is nothing at the attachment point from the operator to the mechanism that opens and closes the window. How does one know what's needed? Hi, Looking to identify this Milgard window balancer for a replacement. It is 26" long, 9/16" wide, and has an engraved stamp "25 5". Window is single hung, slides vertically, and measures 56" high and 46" wide (movable pane is 28"x46"). Thanks!

My Marvin slider uses what measures out to be the same as your 81-018 except the rollers are 1 1/2" diameter. Would you recommend the shorter wheels?

I am having trouble identifying my channel balance. The windows are tilt and look similar to the ribbed channel balances series 750 and 751. When viewing the videos however, this is where the similarities end. I see no easy way of getting to the balances as there are no screws either on the balance ... (cont.)

Can't tell what type of window. Balance tube is 34 inches. Single hung aluminum. Sash does not appear to be removable. Probably need about 34 units IF they are changeable with the sashes installed. (Concerned about how to install bottom if sash cannot be removed)

Have channel with 3330 BSI stamp. No wings on shoes. 34length and 9/19=1/2 industry per your site info. Will the S385-34 wings get in the way? Can I trim them if they do? Thanks Jim
