when closing the lower window if heard a large snap and the balance flew out onto the floor. The company in Rocky Mount called it a balance and recommended that both be replaced. Can you help identify this part? John

I need to find replacements for sliding glass door rollers on the bottom of the doors. The are two double rollers for each door. Opening in window portion is 5/8" there is a 1/2" gap on either side to where it connects to the frame. I know I need a 28inch channel balancer but I don't know which one specifically. Including photos.
