The metal pieces at the bottom of the window that go into the balance coil broke when I was tilting window out to clean them. When I tried to put window back in the other one broke also. It feels like something is obstructing it which leaves a 1" gap at the bottom. Works all the way up just doesn't go down all the way. Can't find anything blocking the channels.

No part numbers or brand found. Tried to use Wright Products V1195 which looks perfect, except that it is for 1" to 1 1/4" thick door. 6 1/2" on center mounting holes work with the existing handle. In my guest bathroom the window uses 13" channel balances and weighs 17 lbs. Your series 380 channel balance are what will fit but only supports op to 11 lbs. Any help you provide with the above will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cedrick

order #1063322 I just ordered 4 shoes to replace the 1" channel shoe from your web site but as you can see from the profile the area above the shoe on the existing black patriot window lock is only 3/8" (approx) and the swisco version is approximately 1/2" so I can't get the hook at the top to seat ... This is the correct balance, I have used other longer Series 377 in the same condos. Question- Thease are smaller windows the the existing balance is 18.5" metal measurement and is stamped 1820.. Should I purchase a standard 18" or 19" balance, stamped with 1720....

I purchased Sears Weatherbeater Plus 5000 Double Hung Windows from Sears in 2006 and the springs are not working. I have 14 windows that need new springs. Do you carry the springs ? Thank You, Ann

I need window side lock. Please recommend the part. Screw holes are 2" apart. Thanks
