We have the same window as described above. The blue "cap" broke off in the cleaning process so the window came off track. We were able to fit the window back in without the cap, but the spring "sprung" in the process when the cap broke. What needs to be replaced: just the cap or the whole tube? The ... (cont.)

Can the 82-008K directly replace an existing 82-008?

The locking mechanism is jammed and will not rotate up or down to lock or even unlock the door. Do I need to replace the whole handle or can I just replace the lock mechanism? Is Nami the brand of the door?
