Hello , I need a right and left operator. It seems the end of the folding arm attaches to the bottom of the window. I dont see how your parts attach to window. Is there a seperate two hole piece to attach to bottom of window? THanks, Bob

Our balance broke and I just ordered the Series 380 Channel Balance 37 inches option 3650. We found that the white cap in the picture above that clips to the top of the balance also broke and I need to order 2 of those as well. I am looking for a white plastic clip that snaps into the bottom of the window to hold the window screen tight in track. There is no screwing involved. It simply snaps into the bottom. Thank you for your assistance with this. I am having no luck any where.

I need to buy a crank handle

The locking clip at the bottom of one of my windows broke off. I need to find a replacement for it. These are contractor grade aluminum windows put in 25 years ago. If there is no way to get a replacement is there any way to retrofit a lock. We are selling the house. No markings, numbers, etc. on ... (cont.)

My present operator does not close casement window all the way. I turn the operator handle till it can't turn any more due to arm hitting the sill.
