I need 11 small T cranks to accommodate window blinds, existing arm has 12 points. Can you give me availability and price.

It is a double hung tilting Prism window installed in about 2009. The lower left pivot hinge part broke &wouldn't lower. I bought the Swisco 26-128 sash release lever last fall. I'm finally getting around to fixing my windows (it's cold up here!), and the lever doesn't fit into my window latches. I've included pictures. What do I need?

marked 26 9 BS1 TD. Fits single hung vinyl JELD-WEN window. Block and tackle type balance 1/2" width. Interior spring is 16" long. pulley component is 7 and 1/2" long.

I want to replace the door sweep for our Pella Storm Door. The warranty registration is 90562-411150304 if that helps. It appears to be a double sweep.
