Good morning, I was hoping you could help me identify a part. It's stamped 2540 but no other identifying marks.

I was comparing my lock to the 38-097. the thickest part is 5/8,the thinner is 7/16 . How much r they? Maybe I?ll get 2 right and 2 left to Match . Can I return them if they don?t fit right. Thanks

I got two windows apart after sending the first pictures it looks like the pivot arms and the shoe are both broke there is nothing in the grove to rotate the window at all, I measured the pivot that is attached at bottom of window and it measures 1.75 inches but the end is broke off that attaches to ... Our house was built in 1994. It has LP double hung windows. A few years ago the balances started breaking. Can these be fixed/replaced?

Not sure if you sell this product. Not sure how to take it out yet, I will YouTube it after I find out what it is. These are tilt windows. These windows match our other windows, but the other windows have balance springs.

I have a Simpton double hung windows installed in my house about 20 years ago by Builder. The windows don't stay up due to broken springs on the both side.The window size are 35inches wide x 28 inches high.

Paul, We recently moved into our new home and found two of the window screen plungers missing. I've attached a photo of the pin mounted in a screen.
