I have a non tilt spring assembly that has a part number 2730 BS1 stamped on it. The metal portion is 28" long. I?m not sure if you need any additional information to recommend a replacement. The pin appears to be 4.25" long with a spring near the top and some kind of clip at the bottom. Th bottom diameter of the pin appears to be 5/16" . The diameter of the top of the pin appears to be about 1/4" or possibly 1/32" more but not less. (Ntt sure if it matters.) I don't see any plastic on ... (cont.)

Looking for these screen guides that are positioned at the inner top part of the frame. It guides and holds the screen within the window framw after latching it at the bottom insde window.

All window operator parts function correctly except for the silver ridged round piece (gear maybe?) the handle/crank attaches to (insert screw into crank to attach it). It looks like the part might be stripped. It's the piece the handle turns to make the window crank open. Thanks! ... (cont.)

the house was built in 1998. awning window, dual arm single pull measured 25 1/2 inches. i think the window is rockwell. i did not see one listed. is there one availble or will the 21 1/2 work. thanks mike west

I need to replace broken balances, keepers, and cam pivots on several windows. 1- The broken latch keeper is 2 1/8" wide and 1 1/4" tall (photo of unbroken one). The screws are 1.5" apart. 2- The broken cam pivots are mounted on the side of the sash with two screws 1/2" apart. The left ... (cont.)

I had the same problem as this customer. I can't tilt the roller without also tilting the door, and I can't tilt the door because the top is inside the top track.

Need to identify this part

I need the glazing bead for my window they are bronze. As you can see from the end shot how they are designed. The vinyl on the window is about 1/2 inch what goes into the frame is v shaped and about eh same depth.
