Can you advise what I need?

Hi! I recently bought a home, with some issues with the windows. The windows are newer double pane, however some of them are missing the balances that hold them up. I just purchased two 27-inch Swisco series 795 channel balances. These channel balances come with a screw-in clip on top. Is there a height for this corner key...I would like to use it for a 7/16 x 1" screen frame. The height in the description looks like it is 7/16" and the 3/8 would be for the 7/16 width?

What are the measurements of the holes on the 39-025 crank? I would like to make sure it will work before ordering. My holes from top to bottom (centers) are 5 1/4", the bottom two are 1 1/8" apart, and the little arm is 2 3/8". I am looking for a white right hand crank. Thank you ... (cont.)

Your video shows installing the Malta screen clips requiring the entire screen to be rebuilt. Is there an easier way to do this without having to go through all hat work? I have a number of screens where just one of the clips are broken.
