I need to replace a balance in a vinyl tilt window. The part I have is broke and I cannot determine the correct length to order. The window is 42" tall. I'm trying to help a customer find replacement parts for American Weather Seal windows. She has several broken tilt out tabs. The homeowner says they are about 20 years old.
