WIll these tilt latches work on MW windows.

I haven't seen a casement lock yet here with these dimension. Mounting screws 2 5/8" Gap between mount and lock point is 1/2" to 5/8" depending on where you measure it on the taper. Cranks 39-002 and 39-001 fit these windows perfectly, but I suspect that's rather standard?

Do u guys have one just like that one just shorter like 3/8" tall and and about the same in depth 3/8"

New owners to this house notice screen door was off Repaired it and went to put it on and no tracks!

1/2" thick , 13/8" wide, 2" long to top of arch, the only number I can find is a number 2 in the middle of the part

Window were made by Pacific Windows and installed in 2003. The steel channel measures 28" long and is stamped BSI 27 4 00. Window weight is 26 lbs. Thanks, Dave

I don't know anything about channel balances, the only identifying marks on this challenge balance is #2820. I need to order two channel balances with all needed attachments, caps and springs included, how much will that cost me?

Can you identify these? I will need three lefts and three rights.

I need to purchase two cranks (white color, left and right crank-out) and two latches (white color, left and right locks) for my Reliabilt Survivor 7200 series casement window. The left casement latch has failed (metal fatigue) and I'm seeking to replace both latches and both cranks just in case of ... (cont.)

I need a sash lock and balances for some Gorell windows. The Gorell model # is 5155 and measures 23X59. Please see attached photos.

These were purchased in 2016 and are now collapsing. These are custom windows. We are sure that the sash weight is correct for this balance. Is there a reason to believe another balance may hold up better?

My mom is looking for the mechanism for these windows. She needs about 12 of them total.

Need tilt latch for Sears Simonton double hung window.

I have identified pivot bars[26-175) the pivot style shoe (15-192j,and the balance drum(15-157) but the coil balance spring does not have a number stamped on it so I don?t know if it?s a S-170-407 or 408 or 409. Is there another way to identify it Thank you
