Need a replacement lock for one window only (break in). It appears to be bronze metal. No identifiers. 2 1/4 of screws.

Balance is missing top shoe so previous owner screwed balance into side of window track.

I have to replace 7 windows' worth of of Malta screen latches. the old ones held up for maybe 20 years. How durable are the 70-048s and are they malleable enough or is just personal preference? The builder of our house can't find the original records, but believes that our windows were manufactured by Alenco (TX) or Silverline (NJ). We need a bunch of balance clips and a handful of sash tilt mechanisms. Can you identify by the attached photos?

I just purchased a home and found that my Jeld-Wen casement window locks are broken. Any idea what replacement parts I could use? Hello outside handle engraved Dorwal. Seems to measure 3 1/2" on center (screws). Cracked plastic inside at screw. Door width measures 1 1/2". What part recommended and will I need latch also? Thank you.

How should I attach your 70-026 clips to my window screen. The originals have fallen out leaving a small hole the metal frame of the screen.
