Hello! We are replacing the channel balances for 2 windows (one is 25 in and one is 28 inch channel balance). By looking at the pictures on line I think they are 380 series (please correct me if I am wrong). I took the sliding windows off and weight the window as well. The smaller windows is 24 ... (cont.)

Looking to replace some old 1960 plastic window pins. The pin is 1-3/8" long and 1/8 in diameter. My concern is the screen frame holes are all 11/64 in diameter. Both inside and outside frame hole. Is their a replacement pin that you can reccomend. thanks jim

I have a good measurement of the width but it is so compessed I'm not sure of the depth. Also, I'm concerned about reinstlling the pile. The tracks on the Alenco Windows I have are crimped on both ends. I had to cut the pile out with a knife. Any suggestions on reinstalling is appreciated. ... (cont.)

I have a mortice lock that has a round top but the keyway is vertical and not at 45 degree like your 82-218. can i use the roundtop with the 45 degree keyway ?

I have a Caradco window ("caradco 14" found engraved on metal holding the glass) whose support hardware has broken off. The window frame part of the hardware is shown in the first photo.

I need a few replacement window shoes for a Softlite Window. The Letter E is listed on it.

It appears that I need about 6 or 8 of these things. They appear to be like the 21" Series 395, but the numbers stamped on the old balance is 2090 31 and that does not seem to fit. Am I looking in the wrong place?
