The bar part broke off our window. I need help identifying which pivot bar I need. The bar should be approximately 2 5/8" long, 1" tall at tge tallest point. Please help

I think I need a 3/8? with 35? length replacement part but I am not sure if it is white tip or yellow tip. What do I need?

I have a alum window that the top plastic clip broke. I have included pictures of the window plastic broken and not broken. This is for a basement window. 3/8 U and 1/2 wide. It is similar to one of your products I order but mine has a ridge on the curved end which snaps into the window frame which is aluminum.

Hello I went to the installer of the window. They ordered the two sliders in pic but without the grey plastic piece . I?m looking for the two grey plastic pieces. Enclosed is pic of label on frame . Thanks Jim

Cam and housing broken. I do not know the manufacturer to purchase the replacement part.

My windows were installed in 1997. I just moved into the house. The manufacturer appears to have been Outlook Window Partnership in Lincoln, NE. They are no longer in business. stamped 2630 and below is stamped BS1. I can not tell the difference in several of your units I need four for two windows.

The 82-310 key lock I recieved from you is 10 sixteenths in diameter and is too large. I need a 9/16th in diameter cylinder lock.
