I am trying to find the part for two replacement Window handles for K/K Window Cranks. The pics above show one that is fine and the other that is missing.

I own a 15 year old house. I do not have any information on the window manufacturer. There are not any numbers on the window nor the balance itself. These clips have no name or markings on them.

There are no markings if any type on the corners. The top corners have the slots for the nail

The window was installed in 1996. Not sure, either it is double or triple pane; heavy window. It is a non tilt type of Milgard window. The channel balance is a 1/2 in channel width. We have four old windows that have this style of window hardware & I'm looking to replace. They say Wright and 07900 on all of them, no matter what size the window. I am trying to replace what looks like a Hurd casement window operator. The photo shows a left opening window that works fine but I have 2 right side opening operators that need replacing. It looks like I need 5 sets of the 21-049 guide pin, cap and nylon spacer(for lack of a better term). My question is this: Does the cap fit in the bottom track? If I seeing things correctly the nest logical question is how do you get the cap in the bottom track? Does it just sit in the track or ... (cont.)

I have narrowed down my sach to S800-26 : 26" Series 800 Channel Balance, but I'm not sure what weight to select? Can you give some idea how to determine what weight I need. It's a double sash and I will be purchasing 2 sachs. Thanks

I have Andersen 200 Series Narroline windows. Each sash is 36W x ~24H. Is there a standard balance that can be ordered so I don't have to take it apart to find the balance number, then order and have to await the parts before I get the window back together?

I have a couple of patio screens with broken rollers and I am unable to identify the kind of rollers I need to buy and also, unable to remove the existing broken ones. Attached are pictures of the rollers of two doors. Appreciate the assistance.

I have a window balancer that broke, and when it did, it broken the piece that the balancer connects to on the sash as well.
