400 series 31 inch spiral window balance

I'm replacing balances on windows installed in the early 1970s. They are 5/8" diameter and the tube is 20" long. The choices I have are red and blue for the tip, but it looks clear/white to me. Is there a white tip choice for the S500-20?

premier window installed the door with a lifetime warrenty.they cannot be contacted. trying to replace the broken part myself but cannot find a match....Help.

Can you verify that this is the same as part number 87161. I believe it to be the same part.

I'm trying to replace this sliding door handle. Original door made by Kinco and the handle made in Taiwan #NW 1720; installed in 2001. I've ordered new balance springs 28" 2704 but noticed that the plastic piece (see photo) on the window is actually broken off. Is there a replacement part?

The overall length is 26 inches, 25 with just the metal. The only numbers on it are 24 9 then not sure if it is BS1 or 8S1 with one end white and the other brown. It is a bathroom window

Does your 84-104 piece fit corner piece 95-020? And do you know if it will fit a Pella screen door?

Trying to find replacement top sash guide

THE STAMP SAYS 2390 26 IMP RB BSI. How will I find the sash weight I always thought the stamp number is what exactly does that. I live in ft. Lauderdale?.thus the sash carries hurricane class. Hope you can help, I recently bought a home with Mastic replacement windows. Several of the sash locks have become brittle and are missing/broken. Hopefully the uploaded picture helps identify the part needed. Thank you, Mike
