It has a t16 or r16 stamped on it. I am not for sure what. It is for a weathershield window. It measures 17" long. The s clip is 2". I need two of them.

I need Pivot shoes, both sides, for a "Pennco" double hung window.

I have replaced both triple coil spring balances in my double hung window and it still will not hold open, I have noticed that one of the pivot shoes is a bit loose, could this be the issue? I used your videos and parts that were recommended to me, attaching picture of parts ordered/ used... ... (cont.)

Can't find this in any catalog. This is from a tilt bottom sash wood with vinyl cladding. Don't know window name brand. It's a pivot bar that screws to the side of the sash.

I was able to cut out a but if the track to better expose the pivot. Until I buy a snipper to cut away the rest of the track as shown in your video, I was able to better measure the depth more carefully and I now believe its depth is 12.5mm +/- .5mm, bringing its depth more in the range of 0.472" to ... Need to identify part # for Anderson sliding door handles to replace this broken pair. Holes are 5 1/2" apart. Length is 7 5/8". Width of base is about 1 1/4" at the widest part (middle) and about 1" wide on top and bottom of base. Probably also need part # for screws if not included as It seems we ... (cont.)

WE have CertainTeed windows in our home and 2 balance springs have broken. We are hoping to get them repaired but the company is out of business and says the parts are no longer available.
