I have a coil balance shoe I'm trying to replace. The shoe receives a coil balance similar to your series 165 coil. Pictures are attached.

No markings found on windows. These were installed about 19 years ago and are vinyl tilt out ones.

I have your Sklylight Operator that I ordered but it only has a red plastic tip that does not match either of my two cranks. They appear to be a hex socket and are too large for the plastic tip. Do you have adapters?

Unique 32-C-30 Measures 33" in length from metal end to metal end. Looks like it's ⅝" in width.

It will only allow me to send 5 at a time. I will send more in a few minutes. These are clips that are getting very old and they keep the window straight I think. Also the lifts are breaking and look to be rusting. I will send more photos. Debbie

Our channel balance is stamped 28C and from looking at your site S380-29 would be replacement. This I get. What I don't know is the weight of the sash to know which stamp option to pick.
