I believe this is for the balancer. Need to find out if you carry this part or is there something I can do to manually fix this. From my quick view the string is not pulling at all.

Can't find anything that will fit. Everything I've found has recessed parts. Hole spacing is 6 5/8". Any help is appreciated.

I have removed the failed balance from my mother"s window. It measures 29" x 1/2". I have selected your product code S351-29 as the replacement balance(s). How can I be sure this is the right choice? There are no visible stamping on the old balance channel.

Indoor handle does not latch. It just hangs there,handle down,latch up. serial number on door is A-1500890

How I know the pressure of spring

this has a wooden handle that is 11" and outside aluminum handle that is 6 1/4". the inside portion has the latch lever coming out of the right side of the mount. The latch is a hook style and insert is about 4 1/4" as shown in pictures.

The metal part that secures the window holder to the spiral balance are either worned or broken. I need 12 replacement metal parts. If you only sell the whole piece will need how to replace existing unless it's just bending the vinvyl just enough to replace the whole piece.
