Hi! I do know that my window is a PGT. That is about all I know though. The photos show the channel still attached ( I don't know how to take it off ) and the cover. Also, the plastic piece needs replacing that keeps it in place. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I have a Greatlakes casement window with a crank opener. It is about 19 years old. The crank will open the window fine BUT when I go to close the window the crank just spins and won't close window. HELP

Your product code 39-061 has two different arm extension dimensions listed in the description. The photo showing the dimension has 2-1/4" extension and the "Product Description" says 2-3/8". I have PGT Awning Windows and need the 2-3/8" arm extension.

the pivot bars i ordered (part # 26-226 : Pivot Bar, 3-1/16") fits into the cams/slider in sash channel. Now i need these also.

I didn't see this exact White 2 1/4 Window Sweep Lock in your product listing. There are some close ones but none with the open hook design. Do you have this one? Scott

Please let me know what style of pivot and bar this is from your stock. I do not see a similar pivot with metal "claws" or an adjustable style pivot bar
